Heart attacks are frightening, painful, and often catch you off guard. What's even more shocking is that the symptoms aren't always severe but the experience is scary all the same for both the sufferer and their loved ones. We've put a few symptoms we think you should be on the lookout for both for yourself and your loved ones.

The two major signs of a heart attack

  1. Chest Pain: This may be a feeling of pressure, heaviness, tightness, or squeezing across your chest.

  2. Pain Spreads: The pain may spread from your chest to your arms, jaw, neck, back, and stomach.

Other possible symptoms

There are a few other symptoms that may be caused by heart attacks. You may also feel

  • Light-headed or dizzy
  • Uneasy and sweaty
  • Short of breath
  • An overwhelming feeling of anxiety (similar to a panic attack)
  • Coughing or wheezing

Heart attacks are serious business. If you feel like you’re experiencing these symptoms, do not hesitate to alert someone around you and be rushed to your nearest hospital. At Heal 360, we’ll make sure that we take care of your heart.
